bicycle crunch workout
Lie down on a mat and place your hands behind your head. Bring your knee to your chest and rotate your upper body to meet your knee with the elbow of your opposite arm. The opposite leg will go straight out. Cycling the legs, go in different directions. Do three sets of 10 repetitions each.
twist exercise
Stand with your feet hip-distance apart and place your hands on your hips. Twist your upper body to the right, then return to center. Repeat on left side, then return to center. Do three sets of 15 reps each. You can also increase the intensity by holding light dumbbells and keeping your arms out to the sides as you do the twist.
lunge exercise
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and step one leg forward into a lunge position. Keep your back knee about 3 inches above the ground. You can add light weight dumbbells to increase the intensity. You can easily do this exercise at home.
plank exercise
Lie face down on the ground and lift yourself into the forearm plank position. Align your elbows under your shoulders and your hands should be clenched into fists. Your forearms should be parallel to each other. Hang on while you can. If you’re starting out, aim for 10 to 20 seconds per set.
